Hi folks! Just a quick note to say that while our keyless flute waitlist is open and the wait-time for those orders is currently about 18 months, we are not taking orders for keyed flutes at this time. We closed the books on those in 2025 when it became clear that we had at least ten years worth of those orders already queued up (probably more in fact) and none of us felt quiet comfortable letting that list get any longer. 

 

Our plan is to reopen the waitlist for keyed flutes when we get it down to something more manageable on the order of 5-6 years worth of orders. It will remain a separate queue from the keyless orders, as our goal has always been to continue to make instruments in under two years for folks who want a flute to play and don't require the keys.

 

Similarly, we are not taking repair work on antique flutes or those made by other makers. If you have one of our flutes that needs repairs, please get in touch here.
